Greenville-Reynolds Development Corporation, a not-for-profit organization, has facilitated economic development in the Greenville-Reynolds vicinity since 1949. The Corporation owns and has developed three industrial parks totaling over 1,200 acres – one of the largest planned and managed industrial developments in the Tri-State area.
