CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Tom Stanton, Chairman,
called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m., prior to dinner. Attendance was
taken at the door. A quorum was not
present.
PRAYER AND PLEDGE OF
ALLEGIANCE
Mr. Jerry Johnson led the
Commission in the prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ANY AGENDA
ITEM
There were no public comments.
RATIFICATION OF ACTIONS AND
MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 25, 2005 AND NOVEMBER 22, 2005 MEETINGS
A motion was made by Mr. Hoy
and seconded by Mr. Garrett to ratify the actions taken at the October 25,
2005 and November 22, 2005 meetings and to approve the Minutes of the October
25, 2005 and November 22, 2005 meetings with no additions, corrections, or
deletions. The motion passed.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT
A motion was made by Mr.
George and seconded by Mr. Paxton to approve the November 2005 Financial
Statement as presented. The motion passed.
ZONING & SUBDIVISION
REVIEW COMMITTEE REPORT
A motion was made by Mr.
Hughes and seconded by Mr. Scott to approve the Committee’s Report as
distributed to all representatives. (A copy is attached to and made a part of
the permanent record of Minutes.) The motion passed.
2006 MEETING SCHEDULE
A motion was made by Mr.
Paxton and seconded by Mr. McGhee to approve the 2006 Meeting Schedule as
distributed to all representatives. (A copy is attached to and made a part of
the permanent record of Minutes.) The motion passed.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Mr. Stanton reported that the
Nominating Committee in November recommended the following slate of officers
for 2006:

Township) – Chairman

Patty McAdams (Fredonia
Borough) – Vice-Chairman

Charles Garrett (Wilmington
Township) – Secretary

Paulette Young (Otter Creek
Township) - Treasurer
Mr. Stanton asked for
additional nominations, if any. None were forthcoming. A motion was made by
Mr. Hoy and seconded by Mr. Faull to close nominations and cast a unanimous
ballot for the officers as recommended by the Committee. The motion passed.
PROGRAM
Awards
– Perfect Attendance at MCRPC meetings in 2005: Dave Beatty; Tom Stanton;
Jim Hughes; Charles Gilliland and Jerry Johnson.
10 Years Service Award: Jim
Carnes; Larry McAdams; James Pat White; Dave Beatty and Ron Faull
25 Years Service Award: John

30 Years Service Award: Evelyn
Wike
Recognition
– Mr. Gracenin briefly thanked all state, county and local government
officials for their cooperation and support of the Commission. He expressed
thanks to all Commission representatives and staff. All stood and were
recognized.
Guest Speaker
– Gary Gulla, Assistant City Manager for Hermitage discussed the development
of the Linden Pointe Innovative Business Park, located off of PA 18. The park
currently contains several businesses in addition to recreation facilities
(walking path). He discussed the development of the park and highlighted the
public/private partnership that was necessary in order to make the park
successful.

With no further business or
discussion, the meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
