The next meeting of the Mercer
County Affordable Housing Fund Board will be Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 7:00
p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of the Mercer County Regional
Planning Commission in the large conference room. (The MCRPC
office is co-located with the Mercer County Regional COG on the north side of
Highland Road beside the Hermitage Fire Station.) A draft copy of the
Minutes from the Board's August 19, 2004 meeting was mailed at an earlier
date.

Review, Discussion and
Scoring of the Mercer County Affordable Housing Trust (Act 137) Proposal
-
Board Recommendation to
the Mercer County Commissioners of Project under consideration for
funding by the Trust
Attached please find a copy of
the proposal from Community Counseling Center of Mercer County and a copy of
the Program Guidelines for reference in reviewing this proposal. Also attached
is a score sheet for board members to rate the project based upon the
competitive selection criteria established for the trust fund.
