• Greenville Borough Council adopted the Joint Comprehensive Plan by resolution at their October 12, 2004 regular Borough Council meeting.
  

• The Hempfield Township Board of Supervisors adopted the Joint Comprehensive Plan by resolution at their November 23, 2004 Supervisors meeting.
